**What to Do If You Are Converting From a Different Position?**A player who just converted isn't behind. He's starting from a different place. A safety already has eyes and range, a running back already knows what every run play is trying to do, a D-lineman already has hands and leverage. The job isn't to start over. We put on his old film, find what transfers, and build a plan around the two or three things he needs.

**The Real Reason Linebackers Miss Tackles**A lot of missed tackles happen at the snap, not at contact. Poor footwork puts you a step behind. Slow mental processing puts you a step behind. React faster and move more efficiently, and you get there a step or two earlier. That's an easier tackle.

**The Processing System Behind Elite Run Stoppers**Elite run stoppers have a pre-snap process. Know where the back is and how your D-line is lined up: the wall and the bubble.
